Vacation Rentals are all the rage right now in Southern Utah. If you are just looking for a second home, why not let it make money for you while you are not there?
Now keep in mind that most cities and CC&R's prohibit just slapping your Southern Utah home up on VRBO and collecting checks. In most cities the home must be zoned for vacation rentals. There are a couple of exceptions, with the city of LaVerkin allowing vacation rentals, and the city of Hurricane sells a limited number of permits for home owners to use their homes for short term rentals.
With that said, there are quite a few subdivisions in Southern Utah that are purpose-built and zoned for vacation rentals in all price ranges.
Here is a list of most of the areas zoned for vacation rentals. This list is always changing, so please be sure to contact us to verify that a particular property is in a vacation rental approved area.
Below is a list of many of the vacation rentals currently on the market. Please note that there are parts of some subdivisions that do not allow vacation rentals, so please verify with us that the home is vacation rental approved.
